• Access is granted solely for the purpose of alternation as defined under the Workforce Adjustment Appendices or the Employment Transition Policy.
• You will use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with PSAC policies, regulations, and applicable laws.
• You will not share any personal or confidential information obtained through the platform, either directly or indirectly, without the express written consent of PSAC, other than for the purposes of facilitating alternation.
• Your name, personal email, and job details will be visible to other members seeking alternation.
• You accept full responsibility for any misuse and agree to indemnify PSAC for any damages, liabilities, or losses resulting from any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the platform.
